Pathways through the ethers
Suara Welitoff at Anthony Greaney, Jennifer Liston Munson at Kingston Gallery, Dana Clancy at Alpha Gallery, and Crystalle Lacoutoure at Praise Shadows Art Gallery

I once wrote three reviews for each weekly galleries column in the Globe. I’d spend a day immersed in art and then sit down at my computer and try to find the words, and the threads, the connective glimmers, to make sense of objects that made their best sense outside the domain of sentences and paragraphs. Last week, I dropped in on several Boston galleries for an old-style roundup, and I found myself cartwheeling through space and time. Here’s some of what I found: Suara Welitoff and Jennifer Liston Munson trapping evanescence; Dana Clancy bringing the breadth of the sky inside; and Crystalle Lacoutoure offering a compass to lost wayfarers.
